Steps to Divert Calls
Divert All Calls
Dial** 21[phone number]#

- Example: Dial **21*0722123456# to divert all calls to 0722123456.
Divert When Busy
Dial **67[phone number]#

- Example: Dial **67*0722123456# to divert calls when your line is busy.
Divert When No Answer
Dial **61[phone number]#

- Example: Dial **61*0722123456# to divert calls if you don’t answer.
Divert When Unreachable
Dial **62[phone number]#

- Example: Dial **62*0722123456# to divert calls when your phone is off or out of range.
Deactivating Call Divert
- Dial ##21#
- This option cancels all active call diverts.
- Dial ##67#
- This option cancels the call divert when busy.
- Dial ##61#
- This option cancels the call divert when there is no answer.
- Dial ##62#
- This option cancels the call divert when unreachable.
